Sambalpur, Rift seen among outfits of Rastriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), as about fifty members of its women outfit Singhavahini Mahila Samajseva Sangathan staged a demonstration today in the forenoon in front of RSS State Headquarters (Western Odisha) here demanding removal of its head Bipin Nanda. Leading the agitation, Mrs Jharana Biswal leveled charges against Nanda and pressed demand to remove him from the post.
Along with a small delegation she was tat inside the office to sort out the issue with mutual discussion but they walked out as Nanda didn’t turn up for discussion. Talking to scribes in front of the office she allegedly said that due to Nanda’s unwarranted interference several judicious party candidates like Subash Chouhan, Jagadish Biswal and Govind Agrawal were denied BJP tickets in the ensuing election, although they had better winning prospects. The agitators claimed to be sincere and commited RSS members and have their all supports to BJP but now compelled to raise voice against Nanda, as he is taking decision that’s damaging the party base. Such rift at the base level party workers may cause serious damages to the winning prospects of the party candidates in the region. As such the Western Odisha region is known as a fertile ground for BJP to perform well in the ensuing Election.
